As summer is coming to an end, we are offering a FREE Plumbing inspection of your home. This inspection will consist of a background checked, drug tested and professionally trained plumber inspecting your entire plumbing system.
This will include checking your water cut offs to insure that it is working properly in case of a plumbing emergency. He will check your water heater to make sure it is in proper working order. He will check your toilet and sink connections to make sure you don’t have any leaks. He will check your outside spigots to make sure they are not leaking and to insure they are freeze proof. One other major thing that he will check which cause many problems is your washing machine hoses.
There are several reasons why having a plumbing inspection is a smart thing to do. For example your washing machine hoses can sometimes get old and worn out. This may cause them to burst and cause a huge plumbing disaster! Or your toilet may be running water silently and cost you hundreds of dollars a year in your water bill. If you have an outside spigot that is not freeze proof you may have a major water disaster once the cold weather hits.
All of these problems are better for you if found early, before they become major disasters. If you have potential plumbing problems our plumber will bring it to your attention and if you have him do it while he is there- it may save you thousands if you wait and a disaster does occur.
SO you may be sitting there reading this and wondering in your head, “Yeah, that sounds all great for me, but if its really free-what’s in it for them?” Well to be honest with you there is a catch! The catch is: that if we come out and we do find a potential problem and bring it to your attention, most clients just have us to do the work there on the spot. So by being the first to show you the problem we hope that you will use us for the job.
We are a very honest company and we train and tell our employees to never sell plumbing work that the customer really doesn’t need. So you can rest assured that the issues the plumber that comes to your house tells you that they have found are necessary to get repaired.
