Eric came to our house on a first visit and immediately found what I had thought to be the problem was not the issue. The issue was our original plumber (who we do not speak of anymore) had not put any plumber’s tape or dope on the pipe fitting. Eric fixed that only to find the pipe still dripped. He then replaced the “nipple” for that line and it looks to be fixed.

We have 4 indoor only cats and he was very respectful and careful of them. He also took care to not mar our floors and showed us and explained to us other things we wanted done. Now we are going to have our main water line replaced but our yard is not going to be destroyed and the other “nipples” in the house are being replaced because of the old galvanized ones coming off copper pipes.

Our friends recommend Knoxville Plumbing and now I can see why.
