Eric came to our house on a first visit and immediately found what I had thought to be the problem was not the issue. We have 4 indoor only cats and he was very respectful and careful of them. He also took care to not mar our floors and showed us and explained to us other things we wanted done. Now we are going to have our main water line replaced but our yard is not going to be destroyed and the other “nipples” in the house are being replaced because of the old galvanized ones coming off copper pipes.
